13rd National Steeple Chase title!July 31st 2011 - Just 2 weeks after Simon Vroemen became father of daughter Féline, Simon captured his 13rd national title on the 3000m steeple chase. Simon ran 5 laps alongside his friend Olfert Molenhuis but accelerated the last 2 laps and took 11 seconds lead to win the title. Simon won his titles in 1995, 1997, 1999-2008 and now 2011.
